And, according to Iranians I trust, Osama bin Laden finally departed this world in mid-December. The al Qaeda leader died of kidney failure and was buried in Iran, where he had spent most of his time since the destruction of al Qaeda in Afghanistan.

To me, this is bigger than both. Zawahiri was the brains of al Qaeda. Osama is impotent without him, and Zarqawi will eventually be killed by Iraqis.

If the reports of bin Laden's demise or incapacity are true, then Zawahiri is as big a target as is Zarqawi.
