Mexico too imposes immigration controls.

This is a backhanded slap at Mexico's "defense" of its southern border. Too bad Garza didn't elaborate more on the subject.

Nice statement, Ambassador Garza, but how do you expect Mexicans to make the distinction between legal and illegal immigration when our own politicians won't?
