He is in a leadership post now, and had has various roles before.

Its not like he is some rookie who has never led anything before jumping into the pool for the first time.

It's quite another to convince "lesser men" to do so on a regular basis.

Its done...quite often.

Newt Gingrich did it, effectivly, President Reagan was able to do it.

On the other side of the aisle, Nancy Pelosi does it.

He would shake things up, and bring back a more ethical version of Newt Gingrich, something the house sorely needs.
