I'm an idiot when it comes to exact names of the parts around the knee, I know that with me it was 3 seperate tears, but they were all in the medial meniscus... I think that's a pretty common injury, though... Not sure with the IT band?? Wow, it doesn't sound too good, though... I hope she gets through it ok...
As a 37-year-old broad, I think it's all about regaining hottitude no matter what your gender!
I went to a Spa for Xmas and came back 8 pounds lighter with a tan.
