There is a difference between out-of-town and out-of-state, that PP is playing on. I live a little over 1 hour NW of NYC, in the State of New York. So, if I went into NYC for an abortion I would be considered an out-of-towner, for the purposes of their statistics.

I go into NYC for opthomology (sp?) because there are better doctors. I have co-workers who live in New Jersey who routinely go into NYC for non-primary care medical treatment, because it is the most convenient place to receive that care.

My point is that many of the 56 to 70 "out of town" women may be from NY state or NJ. Woman who do not live in NYC, but who would normally go into NYC for medical treatment, not out-of-state women coming to NYC because it is more difficult to obtain an abortion in their home state, or because NYC is more anonymous.

Interesting point!

Of course, your point is what PP DOES NOT want to be revealed.

(How many million (billion?) dollars does this bring the pro-abort's in NYC every year? Doesn't PP get a substantial part of its income from tax money, and the rest from abortion?)
