On C-Span Washington Journal, USA TODAY's Congressional Reporter, Kathy Kiely points out the hypocritical, flip-flopping, motor mouth nonsense spouted by Joe Biden. On TODAY Show last week, Biden said the confirmation hearings should be scrapped because they didn't work. Kiely reminded viewers he also said the confirmation hearings were critical because they provide the only time nominees face questions before they get life time appointments.
(Can we all agree Joe Biden is an idiot?)
Kiely boldly predicts, there will be no filibuster.

Keily reminds viewers, Ruth Bader Ginsberg was pre-approved by Orrin Hatch committee chairman at the time. Hatch did such a good job this time around, I've promised not to mention pink panties, but I do remember what an ineffectual chairman he was, allowing the democrats to run circles around him.
