Reforms of Hayes, UN dep. high repr. in bosnia are aimed so that in forecoming Kosovo status negotiations, Half of Bosnia, e.i. Serb republic is to be given to Serbia to compensate Albanian claims on indipendancy of Kosovo, says Francis Boyle, US professor and Bosnia attorney on Genocide and agression claims against Serbia infront international court.
" I, myself have carefuly looked Heyes`es documents, made by US state Departmant, and Serb republic is at same level as Bosnia, and that is done on pourpouse." said he.
"His reforms are strongening Serb Republic (Christian enthity in Bosnia) in order to succeed it to serbia when moment comes, and that would be fatal for Bosnia so Heyeses reforms myst be destroyed" stated Boyle.

Serb republic is 49% and Croat part is in federation with Muslims with 25%. Croates ended-up in Muslim-Croate federation cause they joined forces against Serbs. So, Christians are in dead-lock with 25% Muslim territory and Christians are threatened to become minority caus of Muslim purges.
Talking about wrong alliances. If Croates and Serbs were on same side this would be put to an end.

I'm not sure I follow this because I'm not clear on the players and the details of the current situation. What reforms have Hayes and the State Department put in place to strengthen Christian Bosnia?

Bosnia is consisted of 49% Serb Republic and 51% Croate (25.5%) Muslim (25.5%) federation.

Muslims belived that on 10th anniversary of Dayton peace US would annull Serb republic, and pushed for dissmissing of Separate police and armed forces. (bosnia didn`t hade jointe army)
US pushed Serbs to join army (reduced to minimum) with Muslims and Croates, but Heyes according to Muslim side is in his reforms pushing eaqual rights of Christaian part of Bosnia with Bosnia in general. Muslims are wery touchy on that mater and they accuse US that it want to generate Christian State in Bosnia.
Muslims want to create "multicultural" "Bosnian" nation led by Muslims, eresing Chrisitianity of Serbs and Croates and erasing National feelengs of Serbs and Croates and so creating new, "Bosnian" nation.
For Muslims ecry non-muslim or non-Clintonian statesman is "hurting their feelings".
Muslims don`t even want to accept the bare existance of Christian enhity in Bosnia, and try to avoide it in evry possible way, even clashing with US.
Of course Republika Srpska must be allowed to eventually join Serbia if it is ever to have a chance of pulling itself out of the 'on life support' state that it has been in since 1995. Ditto for Croatian Hercegovina & Croatia. Muzzies don't like it? Neka se jebu (don't ask me to translate, please).

After victory of Allies in WWI, regions of Serb Republic were liberated from Ottoman, and later austrian occupation and succeeded to Serbia.
Tito`s communist yoke, cretaed state, or better region of "Bosnia" forcing Serbs to be separated and forcing them into life with Muslims.
In WWII Muslims and Croates were nazi allies and entire "Bosnia" was annexed by Croatia Nazi state.
Communists, formed "Bosnia" state, with Serbs, Croates and Muslims lands.

Bosnian Muslims allied with Croates succeeded Bosnia from Yugoslavia, but now, that same right, is denied to Bosnian Christians, Serbs an Croates for sake of Muslims nad we have negotiations of status of Kosovo, legaly teritory of Serbia?
So , Muslim territories are Sacred Cow, and Christian lands, cannot be indipendant, or they can be cleamsed by Muslims?
