Its either that or the President gets all his judges from here on out.

I think he might anyway and that is why the Donks are fighting so hard. It is more than just the prospect of Justice Alito but rather they are seeing an end to the effectiveness of their despicable blocking tactics.

Also, they are seeing THEY are out of the mainstream.

Their tactics often work. We got Fort Worthless Jim, They got Newt Gingrich, Livingston, and now Tom Delay. If they don't filibuster Alito they will have a chance to make it work with future appointments.
