How Roberts pass a 'conservative' test? I thought conservatives were for states rights and the Constitution?

In the strictest classical liberal/libertarian sense, the above is correct. However, the conservative movement doesn't not consist merely of such. The concepts of states rights and the Constitution mean nothing if the fundamental right to life is not protected.

I guess the conflict is between the right to life versus states rights.

I have maintained for months that Roberts will roll back the states rights movement. He has begun.

The issue presented was NOT states rights. It was scope of doctors authority/duties under federal statutes.

Read the case briefs and rulings, then opine!
