The British National Party leader Nick Griffin told a crowd that white society had turned into a multiracial hell-hole as Asian Muslims aimed to conquer the country, a court heard today.
Leeds Crown Court heard that both men addressed a crowd at the Reservoir Tavern in Keighley, West Yorkshire, on January 19 2004. Rodney Jameson QC, prosecuting, told the jury that Mr Griffin concentrated on allegations of paedophile drug rapes by Asian Muslims in Keighley during his speech.
Reading excerpts from the speeches, Mr Jameson said that Mr Griffin said that white society had turned into a multiracial hell-hole and urged the crowd to vote BNP in order to ensure "the British people really realise the evil of what these people have done to our country."
Referring to a recent attack, he quoted him as saying: "The bastards that are in that gang, they are in prison so the public think its all over. Well its not. Because theres more of them.
"The police force and elected governors havent done a damn thing about it. Their good book (the Koran) tells them that thats acceptable. If you doubt it, go and buy a copy and you will find verse after verse and you can take any woman you want as long as its not Muslim women."
Mr Jameson said that Mr Griffins speech turned to allegations of violence by Asian Muslims against whites. He said that Mr Griffin said: "These 18-, 19-, and 25-year-old Asian Muslims are seducing and raping white girls in this town right now."
Mr Jameson said that the BNP leader added that Asian community leaders would condemn the attacks to the press, but not to the attackers themselves. "Its part of their plan for conquering countries. Its how they do it," he said.
Mr Griffin added that this would expand to cover the UK "as the last whites try and find their way to the sea".
Mr Griffin, of Llanerfyl, Powys, denies two counts of using words or behaviour intending to stir up racial hatred and two of using words or behaviour likely to stir up racial hatred. Mr Collett, of Swithland Lane, Rothley, Leicestershire, denies four counts of the first offence and four of the alternative.
Mr Jameson told the jury of eight men and four women that a BBC journalist, Jason Gwynne, posed as a BNP supporter in Bradford, joining the party in December 2003.
The subsequent documentary programme, The Secret Agent, was broadcast on July 15, 2004. The next day West Yorkshire Police began an investigation based on the content of the programme which eventually led to the two men being arrested and charged.
Both defendants sat in the dock today wearing dark suits and patterned ties, with Mr Griffin making notes on a laptop computer as the Mr Jameson laid out the prosecution case.
Yesterday, hundreds of demonstrators massed outside the courtroom in anticipation of the start of the case and the judge partially lifted reporting restrictions to allow his warning to demonstrators not to try to influence the proceedings to be publicised. Today there were only a handful of protesters.
He pointed out that the Koran allows the abuse of women, provided they are non-Muslim. So now exposing truths is 'hate speech?'
Can you imagine if they had these kind of laws in Iran? Oh, wait, they do.
It is part of the muslim's strategy to transform wherever they live into a Sharia state. They will use local laws and customs, plus playing the victim card, to get the changes they want. I hope this guy at least has hard evidence to back up his claims. But that likely won't do him any good. After all, mulsims can be as racist as they want against non-muslims, but if a non-muslims even whispers a complaint, he's tried and convicted in the court of public opinion before there is even an investigation.
I agree. It's like coming to a street fight with the Marquis of Queensbury rules.
It seems as if Britian is nearing a flash point. As ulgy as they have been in the past, the BNP may be the greatest ally in the war against the muslim hatred of the west. Go to trail, tell the truth and demand the same treatment from the gov of the peaceful muslims preaching in the mosques.
This was in the Jewish World Review newsletter today. I dont know if it is appearing on their web page www.jewishworldreview.com . Same idea
CAIR ON THE ATTACK --- AGAIN!
A source close to the Sun-Sentinel in Florida has informed us that a
"controversial" Islamic group -- The Council on American-Islamic Relations
(CAIR) -- is trying to get one of the most pro-Israel columnists writing
today, Cal Thomas, booted from the paper's editorial page.
At the very least -- and I'm NOT making this up! -- they want Cal moved to
the religion page, we're told.
In other words, A BELIEVING CHRISTIAN WHO TAKES STRONG MORAL STANDS doesn't
deserve to have a loud voice in South Florida's fastest-growing major daily
newspaper.
KINGSLEY GUY is the editorial page editor. A phone call -- which given
today's rates should be only a few cents -- will likely have a stronger
impact. He can be reached at (954) 356-4616

In either case, PLEASE BE POLITE! Rudeness accomplishes NOTHING!
Even without the first amendment problems such a statute would be unconstitutional over here because it is so vague. It doesn't tell you exactly what is prohibited and there is no objective standed to determine what "stir up racial hatred" means. Can one protest affirmitive action or welfare in England? I'm sure there is some racial group ready to take offense if one does, so is such a protest a crime? It's impossible to tell other than after the fact and even then its totally subjective.
What are you trying to say?
"What are you trying to say?"
I think he's trying to say he's an anti-semetic troll.
"I guess israel is the only place you can go tobe a legal bigot!"What are you trying to say?
I would like to know too.
tickedoff, do you support or oppose these limitations on free speech, and why?
What are you thoughts on the case of Tatiana Soskin?
