"........Those who spoke out against the Clinton administration frequently still are being audited by the IRS.

Can Clinton’s IRS commissioner be trusted, or should he be replaced? During the Clinton years those who spoke out against the president frequently received a visit from the IRS.

Paula Jones, who accused Bill Clinton of sexual harassment; Gennifer Flowers, who revealed a longtime affair with Clinton; and Billy Dale, who fought back when he was fired as director of the White House Travel Office to make room for Clinton friends, all received “random audits” from the IRS.

More than 50 other individuals and organizations that received national attention for being critical of Clinton also were audited, most for the first time.

Many attributed the pattern of these audits to Clinton’s first IRS commissioner, Margaret Milner Richardson, who served from 1993 to 1997. A close friend of Hillary Rodham Clinton, Richardson was a fiercely partisan Democrat who even attended the 1996 Democratic National Convention while she was commissioner.

But this pattern of audits continued long after the 1997 appointment of Richardson’s successor, Charles Rossotti, who was championed as a “reformer” by some Republicans (see “Political Audits Revisited,” April 23). George W. Bush has retained Rossotti despite the fact that both liberal and conservative public-interest groups have condemned him for flagrant conflict of interest.

Rossotti insists on keeping large holdings of stock in American Management Systems (AMS), a software giant he cofounded that does many millions of dollars worth of business with the agency he heads.

But Bush’s decision to leave a Clinton holdover in such a powerful position may be having more consequences than enrichment of Rossotti’s portfolio. Insight has learned that many prominent critics of Clinton still are being subjected to audits, notices and visits from Rossotti’s IRS well into the Bush administration. ....................."

Tony Snow seems to be confident that the "whole" report will get out, I think...

If it doesn't...there has GOT to be some way that we can prod the Congress to release the whole thing...

Get Mark Levin to file an FOIA petition or something..
