None of them are worth a darn after about 4 years in D.C. And they're too good for term limits. What would we do if Senator-For-Life Thurmond, Hatch, and Kennedy weren't permanent fixtures in Congress. Lord forbid!

Agreed. If we were the federal government a website that the legislators logged on to from their home districts and conducted business remotely, the work would get done faster and the cost would go down. DC is way to much fun for those free-lunch artists, IMHO.
