It's not because he's gay-repressed. We would never think that.

If you ever needed help getting hooked on drugs, I guess the Rolling Stones were as good as any.

I was fliping channels and VH1 had a "where are they now" thing on him and other child stars. He's lost most of his hair and looks 15 years older than he should.
His mom trying to blame other rock stars for her sons problems is a bunch of misplaced crap. Common lady, your little boy isn't 15 anymore.

Oh, c'mon, lady. I remember reading stories about you back then and how you let your son, barely a teenager, shack up with Telly Sevalas' barely teenage daughter right in your home, all the while they partied under your nose and you thought it was cute.
Garrett is responsible for his own behavior, but I don't think his mama helped him much.

Although I believe everyone is responsible for their actions, I do believe the glamorization of drug use in the media and in society, particulary in the 70's, contributed very much to drug addiction for that generation. Another bummer from the 60's generation. I know nothing about what kind of person Lief Garrett is but I hope he is able to beat his demons and lead a long, happy life.

"Leif idolized rock stars ... that whole life of rock 'n' roll and drugs ... the Rolling Stones. He figured if they could do it, so could he," Garrett's distraught mother, Carolyn Stellar, told the Daily News yesterday.
With that rationale, Mother Sheehan could legitimately blame Bush for her son being in the military. Hey, my son idolized the military and what it stood for, protecting America and fighting the war on terror....that whole life. He figured if they could do it, so could he and he joined up with them.
Damn President Bush for the military and the "lifestyle" it pervays...

He's probably deaf too. That's what happens to boys who listen to too much rock and roll music.
