I'm not going to do your homework for you.
I already invited you to look HERE on fr for past threads on Levada. They ARE here. If you don't want to look them up, then don't.
If you don't believe me or trust in your Pope's decision, then I don't think your mind will change.
I get the monthly newspaper that the archdiocese prints. Lol. I don't even remember the name of it. If it's the San Francisco Faith, then, yes, I have read it but if it's not, then, no, I haven't. But I don't think you care. I think you have it in your mind that Levada is a bad guy, the Pope is wrong, I am wrong and that is that. So be it. The Pope disagrees with you and has Levada, good man that he is and very conservative, already in Rome and I lived under his archbishop time and heard the man speak and read what he wrote.....conservative.
However, I'm not going to keep repeating myself and continue this obviously fruitless discussion.
Pax vobiscum.
I could be wrong, but I got the impression that Pope Benedict ordering Levada to Rome was more for "re-instruction" purposes, so to speak, and not to be considered any kind of promotion.
