Thanks for writing what I was thinking.
There is some positive in having present-day ultra liberal Massachuetts.It shows what the United States would be like if it were under the control of ultra-liberals like H.Clinton,Kennedy ,Kerry and Barney Frank.

Maybe no jail but I wonder if there's any bullets? If justice keeps being corrupted like this, it won't be long before vigilante justice starts becoming more widely practiced.
Because good people refuse to stand up to PC crap. we are now reaping the whirlwind of destruction. What does this tell the perp? Get the same judge and all is well.
When (not "if, but when), that happens, these judges are going to find that the memory of "we the people" is long, and detailed, and that "do it yourself justice" is apt to be rather rough in character...

LOL, as soon as I clicked on the thread and saw that this stuff happened in Massachusetts, the outrage I had when I first read the thread title disappeared. Massachusetts? Surprise, surprise. Who cares? That place is a homosexual toilet - - the San Fransicko of the East.
They shouldn't get prison. They should get DEATH.
Begin with light sentences for female teachers and teenage male students, then once that's been accepted then move on to light or no sentences for homosexual male teachers having sex with teenage male students, then once that's okay start moving down the age range using the same formula for every child rapist until it's universally accepted that of course adults have the right to have sex with kids, no matter the age of the child.
It's becoming a pattern, and to me the agenda is obvious.
Are we going to stand by and let them have our kids?

I agree totally. I don't like the thought of vigilante justice; there's nothing scarier than the old stories of southern sherrif's running a town, but I can certainly understand what motivates people to do it.
Nobody with half a brain likes the thought, but that will not preclude it from happening. When people are routinely denied justice from the official channels, then the tool that they have devised to obtain it is broken, and basic human nature dictates that it *will* be replaced. That can no more be ignored that one can ignore any other force of nature.
The legal profession should take note, and act accordingly...
