I love the way these nutjobs use their children for political purposes. For shame.
It would burn the activists even more to have all those regular families there, paying them no attention.
Only so many people are allowed in. The gays have already put the word out to line up the night before so that they will be the first ones let in. If a lot of these gay "families" show up, there may not be room for many straight ones, whom I doubt will be lining up the night before to get in. Only the gays, on a crusade, would do that. And I believe you are naive to believe they won't make themselves known (they have already designed a gay t-shirt for them all to wear) at the eggroll event, or should I say the gayroll event. Believe me, there will be a fuss, it won't be good, it will make the WH and Bush look bad, and that's exactly what these activists want. To advance their cause, and to make Bush look bad no matter what he chooses to do. Invite only is the only way around this.
Isn't that the whole point of Easter? It is the official day for marginal pervert groups to politicize their grievances, right?
"Gay" people want everyone else to be as pissed off at the world as they are.
"If we can't be happy, neither can you."
Its not about inclusion, its about disruption.
All right. Advice taken. Let's see if the straight families at the Egg Roll can love-bomb the gays to death.
You're right, the more I think of it. The gays are likely to be confrontational, anyway. After all, they demand special recognition and rights simply because of the way they have sex.
I would hate to be the child of these parents who seem to use these kids to make a point.
I didn't say they wouldn't make themselves known. But they are looking for a preferably poor reaction from "the right" and the best thing to do (see post #79) is to make it a non-event.
Traditionally the Egg Roll is open to all families with small children. Making it invite only would be what would make Bush look bad. Nothing the gays do at the event will make Bush look bad.
"They may try to take the Easter Bunny, and Corporate Christmas and whatever else they think will legitemize themselves. They can have it all too...all my kids need is Jesus."
I agree with you but they are will get in your face everywhere, including church. They infiltrated my Catholic church and made a point of standing in the front aisles and kissing during the "sign of peace". Finally, some guy starting sitting next to them in a t-shirt with the message "Homosexuality is Wrong" across the back.
So what happened?...If your priest did not throw them out, did you bring it up with the priest? The Bishop? We have rights given to us by the Church and we should exercise them. The T-shirt thing is down to their level because it also disrupts the Mass. These people want that - spotlight on them and the heck with Jesus. There are better ways to fix the problem - all the way to Rome if necessary
If your priests ARE in fact that evil to allow it to continue, I would "take my tithe elsewhere" and convince as many people as I could to follow me.
