I used to work with a guy that swore that fluoride was added to toothpaste to pacify the human species. It did nothing for tooth decay, but would just take the edge off the natural aggression that men should have.

It came in about the time hippies emerged. I'm not remembering all of his points, but it sounded interesting.

Also, Laser Dentistry is superior then using a drill.
There is no pain when you get a cavity removed using a laser.

There are toothpaste's in health food stores that dont have fluoride in them.
I know Nature's Gate makes these Toothpastes with no fluoride in them.
The incredients are pretty impresive in the Nature's gate.
