The thing of it is, most of the money is being paid for by smokers who pay taxes on cigarettes. That is usually in the state that the smoker resides.
But this group is overseas. So, I am not sure if our Federal Government is sending smokers tax dollars to that group or not. This group is new to me. I never heard of them before.
And I thought the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation were pigs!

Yikes. I'm not sure you followed all of this either. Most of this money is coming from an NGO. Not the feds!
