Enjoy
I bet eventually it will come out that she was a "guest"... invited specifically by the Administration...
Proud KSU Class of 2000 bump!
They prefaced the video by saying that "Mr. Bush" was no Oprah, then simply played the President's reaction to the Turkish woman.........
Bush:This is a question and answer session..........I hate to cut you off when you're on a roll.
They have no shame.
The poor left, this stuff just keeps oozing to the surface.
Once again, it must suck to be a democrat these days.
I think she was Iraqi Kurdish, not Turkish.
.......or the Iraqi Kurdish woman.
Trust but verify.
thank you for the link...
Oh my!! I'm in shock ABC showed this too!
She said she was a Kurd and also that she was Turkish. I suppose that would be the same as being an American with grandparents from another country.
Ping.
He did speak to her. It was really cute. He was trying to get her to stop, but she just kept on.
If you can get the ABC video, it captures more of it than the political teen's video. The ABC link is in the first post here.
This is a defining moment because these are truly spontaneous.
The democrats have to rely on ponytail ("we are children") reporter asking clinton soft balls.
The democrats have to recycle the same sham homeless woman.
Clinton had to "sanitize" the soldiers when he visited, they had to be ORDERED to applaud.
The MSM will ignore this one for sure.
I can't believe someone is not going to be repremanded or fired for posting this at ABC.
I would hope not!
You should hold your taste buds to a higher standard than that!
Saw it on TV and was wondering why Pres Bush did not allow her to continue talking. I know it was a Q&A but still was curious. Still am.
"Turkish" Kurds only exist in Turkey and even then according to the "Turkish Kurds" living there, they are not Turkish. Henche the reason why Turkey is on pins and needles that we are helping the Kurds in Northern Iraq, thinking the Kurds will be given the green light to form a new Kurdish Republic with Southern/Eastern Turkish and Northern/Western Iraqi land. She said she was an "American Iraqi Kurd":
"QUESTION: Hello, Mr. President. I'm an American-Iraqi Kurd. I would like to salute you and salute all the troops of freeing 27 million people that are free. Mr. President, I would like to share this thought with all our nation and everybody who is questioning what happened to the chemical weapons. Saddam burned 4,500 villages. I lost more than 10 members of my family underground. We found their bones when we freed Iraq. Saddam himself and his people, his followers, they have chemical weapons. Please stop questioning the administration and their decision. It was the best decision anybody could take: freeing 27 million people. Mr. President, all I could tell you, I have two members of my family, they are in the Iraqi parliament, and both of them are women. My sister-in-law and my aunt, they are in the Iraqi parliaments. And I would like you to share this happiness with me and with all the Iraqi people. Thank you, Mr. President. My husband is Sunni, my mother-in-law was a Christian Catholic, I am Kurdish."
