I never heard Air America, but I absolutely agree about NPR. I would rather listen to hajji music on the AM band than suffer through NPR's crap.

I'll go a step further and say that there's more DOD civilians, contractors, and dependents who would care to hear NPR/AA than active duty ( or activated Guard/Reserve ). Active military are AFN's first priority.
