As Hillary has stated, and the democrats think, the Federalist Society is the cornerstone of the VRWC. The feddies are hellbent on "rollin back the New Deal".

This story is to try to show that Scalia has more alligence to the polical right/federalist society than to impartiality. And its not just Scalia, its Thomas, Roberts, and Alito also.

The dems biggest fear is that with those four and one more down the road, the SCOTUS will un-do everthing they accomplished in the 20th century.
