The Associated Press is reporting an outpouring of support for al Qaeda in Pakistan, and, in particular, for Osama bin Laden as a result of America’s attack on al Qaeda operatives over a week ago:

“Sympathy for al-Qaida has surged after a U.S. airstrike devastated this remote mountain hamlet in a region sometimes as hostile toward the Pakistani government as it is to the United States.

“A week after the attack, villagers insist no members of the terror network were anywhere near the border village when it was hit. But thousands of protesters flooded a nearby town chanting, ‘Long live Osama bin Laden!’"

Anything out of AP and Reuters other than hard news is left wing propaganda. I don't believe any of it and certainly don't believe the average Pakistani is much concerned with what happens in that region anyway. It may be inside Pakistan on the map, but that is about it - it's a nation unto itself.

Of course the Islamofascists put on demonstrations against the raid in Karachi. They read AP and Reuters too, looking for any excuse at all to protest against the USA.

For the US to know where AL Qaeda leadership was meeting in an extremely remote town in Pakistan and know what houses they were in will make the remaining AL Qaeda leaders scared to death because someone is telling the Americans where they are. A lot of Diarrhea medicine is being consumed by the remaining leadership of AL Qaeda after the US strike two weeks ago

I don't know if their problem right now is diarrhea.

If I were in their place right now, I think my "pucker factor" would be so high I couldn't pass wind.
