I don't recall mention of cargo flights with WMDs mentioned at the time or the clever cover of interspersing these flights with relief efforts for a broken dam in Syria.
I dont think The Federalist got to that detail, but they did report where the WMD's likely went back then.
Yes, and that should be easy to corroberate, just see how many flights were sent, and then figure out how many would have been needed to deliver the relief.
