Yes, I believe Feinstein said that just last week. So that makes
at least 61 votes for cloture at this point. Kerry can filibuster in his dreams.

I think since your post DIFI has changed Her mind and will now go along with the filibuster. Some here are saying its cause Cindy Shehan has threatened to run against her unless she supports a filibuster. LOL I believe its cause of this blue state I live in. She will continue to be elected by the libs out here no matter what she does. SHE HAS NOTHING TO LOSE.
