41-43 Democrat senators are personally committed to radical leftism.
There are not 20 Republicans who are personally committed to constitutionalism and to the defeat of socialism.
A Republican filibuster of Jamie Gorelick or Lawrence Tribe would be impossible with the present crew.
You're about 'right on'. I think the only question is how many of the non-committed RINO's and DIMS will vote for Alito.
