That's it. I hereby declare everything south of Interstate 64 to be the new state of Southern Illinois. Capital: Cairo (promise, it will get better).
Actually I have already seceded from the state of Illinois to form a new state called Illinucky.

Does this make WaterPiks equal to a sub machine gun? The high-capacity ones? Certainly.

I agree with cutting off Southern Illinois - but I'm sure that Murphysboro would be a much better capital than Cairo.

I forget where I read it, it was a link on a site somewhere.. but it was the transcript of a meeting that took place in the white house while Clinton was drawing up the assault weapons ban. Some of that group mentioned this exact goal.. banning anything even remotely gun shaped or military.. going so far as to ban possession of ammo cans, BDUs and such under the guise of "Removing all violent tools and objects from society" or some such..
Sounds like thats where this lady is getting her cues from.
Sick stuff..

Clinton also wanted to disarm our military (only 100,000 soldiers, no reservists or National Guard, and no Marine Corps) and create a large federal police force (More loyal to him). He also wanted to get rid of 95% of our nuclear weapons, and make it so Army units could not get rifles until combat.

Your grandbaby is adorable!!! Your great grandbaby is adorable!!!
There, I fixed that....And thank you.
By the way, it's my 85 year old mother's very first great great grand baby!
Illinois is one of the four remaining states that refuses to recognize the second amendment. I am 60 years old and hope to live long enough to see that change but with a rat controlled legislature, I'm not holding my breath.
I live in Pekin, Illinois but am in Urbana right now and trying to use a lap top. I hate this keyboard.

"HB4132 is so sweeping that it would go as far as to ban cap guns and water pistols..." Ok....but what about water revolvers?

I live in Southern Illinois. You know the area that folks from Chicago(especially politicians)don't recognize as being part of Illinois-and I wish to God we were not. We have big city politicians trying to tell we rural folks what is best for us.
To: Graybeard58
Not after I am done with it.
