Just plain dumb is right.
I drive a domestic vehicle (a Jeep), but I'm awfully tempted to go foreign next time. Ford needs to start building quality, reasonably priced vehicles. Until then, all these stupid little stunts won't accomplish anything.
As a result of my nightmarish experience of driving/owning a Ford I do drive a foreign car, and will continue to do so. I will never buy a Ford product again.
I drive a foreign car that was built in the United States by United States citizens. Those same US citizens voted down attempts to unionize many times because the union couldn't provide them any benefits that they weren't already getting from the company. Sure, company headquarters is in Japan. But the guys down the street are getting paid.
I have my own business and drive about 25 th. per yr. I own a 02 Ranger XLT which I find very dependable. ( it's my third one since 94). Good gas milage and just enough room for my Wife and I. Price for the 02; $ 11,999. Before I had an 87 Mazda B2000 (same as the Ranger) and put 250,000 on it before I got rid of it.
Depending on when you bought your jeep, it may not be a domestic vehicle, but a german vehicle. Diamler Chrysler is based in Germany.
You mean you drive foreign (German) and youll buy what you like.... Thats fine, just dont work at Ford. Thats all they ask, it seems to me...With 30,00 out of work, its a sellers market
Isn't Jeep owned by Dahmler-Chrysler? And isn't that German?
