I wonder if anybody explained to Sheehan that one Senator can't start a filibuster, and also that there are enough votes for cloture. A filibuster ain't gonna happen, even if she threatens to run for every Senate seat.

Actually - 1 Senator indeed can start a filibuster - assuming there are enough votes actually cast for cloture, that just means said Senator has to stop talking.
