Yep. Those people have no conscience, and will simply use the plane as a, Trojan Horse.

As I remember from a flight into Iran in 1978 or 9 the country already had a few 747's courtesy of the Shah. I doubt they gave them away.

The Iranians already operate a fleet of 747s. One of the Iranian 747s was in US airspace on 13 September 2005. It landed at JFK, New York. This is a picture of it on finals to JFK
