And as I understand it - it trends towards attack execution when Bin Laden and Al-Zawahiri send out messages within a week/two of each other - within in the next 15-30 days. I have read a couple of different authors that pick up on this trend - specifically identifying Bali, Madrid and London as examples.... I need to find the links again.
