On a first offense yes..but after a few times....take it. These booming stereos are a major nuisance...worse than second hand smoke...by far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the same stupid headline as yesterday. Cars aren't being seized. They are being impounded just as they are for parking at the wrong spot during business hours. You pay the impound yard to get your car out and go on your way a bit wiser.
Seized would indicate their ownership is being transfered to the city for disposal at its discretion.

We have had them almost knock us out of bed at about 2 a.m. in the morning. And our house and especially our bedroom is practically sound proof. Nothing annoys me more. I really don't care to listen to boom noises when I am trying to sleep.
We have also had them shake the windows in our business while they were stopped at a red light on the street next to the building. I would hate to have their eardrum problems in years to come. I just want them to keep their "music" to themselves like most decent, respectable people.
Maybe they should be forced to listen to some classical music or Tammy Wynette (Hillary's favorite singer /sarcasm).
