do not resist or talk smack - my brother flew back into town with a coworker, they had a couple of beers on the plane; when the coworker was driving my brother to the office to pick up his car they were stopped. The guy started talking smack as you say to the Police, he would not shut up, finally my brother said he was only a couple of blocks from his car could he leave, the police said sure. The guy showed up at work the next day with a broken arm.
