Why doesn't Chafee just join the other side?
Well, ole "SHEETS BYRD" is probably trying to make peace with his maker before he moves on....the Dems are so blatantly obvious in their motives, it is beyond question.
Because he wouldn't get re-elected. This way, he can lie and say he is a Repub and fool half of the voters.
I love Texas.
I am disappointed with Lieberman, I thought better of him. Oh well...
I love Texas.
You've got nothing on Alabama...

OK...so both of MY duly elected senators voted against Alito.
Guess which ones?
Hint: one's probably drunk right now...and the other's on his way back to Switzerland with his tail firmly tucked.
The cross-overs.
Before the Chafee bashing begins, may I suggest a RINO in blue RI is worth 2x more than a Dummicrat of any stripe toeing the party line. It's the RINO's and Dems in red states that bother me. Conservative voters in these states need to WAKE UP. Bayh, Landrieu, Salazar, Baucus - they need to be Daschled back to the private sector!
Nothing beats Texas but Alabama is a great state for blonde girls...
:>(
Now here's a shocker.
Washington
Cantwell (D) No; Murray (D) No.
(Why did I even bother to check?)
You have my deepest sympathy.
At least the RINO and sometimes wannabe RINO from my state both voted aye. Hint: One of them is the chair of the committee in which the DemonRATS made fools of themselves on national television.
hey now.. i'm right here in MI suffering with you.
I'm curious if they throw a going away party for Kerry every time he leaves as he's gone so long.
