Demand an investigation. Demand that the AG impound the source code. Contact the US Attorney and the FEC and ask if any election laws have been violated. I hope someone in the NM GOP follows that advice.

Looks like some programmer(s) are in for a little investigation. I can almost guarantee this was deliberate.
