Listening to John Batchelor -- Analyzing the NSA-NYT leak with a correspondent from the American Spectator. The administration knows who it is or has narrowed it to several persons. They very strongly suspect the leak came from the legislative branch, most likely from the office of Senator Rockefeller. Further, likely lie detector testing of the senator and staff will be requested -- if he refuses he automatically loses his security clearance. Obviously they are going to proceed very slowly because of the separation of powers, but it could lead to a confrontation in late spring or early summer with all the political ramifications for the fall elections.
