We've been throwing money down the Rat Hole of Madison Metro for decades. Even back when it was a PRIVATELY OWNED BUSINESS, the city was bailing it out. Not to mention the FREE rides that city workers, or hospital workers and low income people can have for the asking. Yep. A bus filled with non-paying riders fills the gas tank! Yeesh!
