What is really shocking to me is that over at DU they are actually ... believe it or not ... condemning this reaction and blaming Islamic nutcases for this. Oh sure, a few side with the muzzies, but overall it seems they are realizing that this is a disgusting reaction for a few cartoons.

Maybe.  I just went over there to re-check and it seems that about 9 out of 10 responses were very anti-Islam.

Some responses are very strongly worded.

This may be a turning point in how the left views Islam.
