they never seem to spring anyone who's in for tax fraud or car theft or cheating on their wife or anything - just the wild-eyed bomber types.

Let's hope we planted some of those fancy RFID chips under their skin before they "escaped," in the hopes of us finding the rat's nest from which they came.
