Clip from the Yahoo article with the Stones: Jagger said the NFL had fumbled the ball by staging a Super Bowl in "Motown" without including talented musicians from the recording legend until Franklin and Stevie Wonder were included in pre-game activities.
"The thing about the NFL is they run a good show. Occasionally they make a mistake but they have been quick to rectify it," Jagger said.
Wonder was asked if he had ever suffered a wardrobe malfunction.
The blind singer replied, "Not that I've seen."

I 'grew up' in Denver, so was a Broncos fan for years. It may help Lynn, but I'm not so sure. I think he's been getting a lot of publicity this year (which is great!), and I think that if the Steelers win, Rendell will milk it for all he can. I can't stand Fast Eddy and would hate to see his mug all over TV (yuck!).
January polls had Swann and Rendell literally tied - with Lynn just throwing his hat in the ring, I think with a little good campaining, he can whoop Eddy's bum, BIG Time!

May I ask you, where did you see the part about the "extra slippery printing"?
And I posted that thread earlier this morning for a reason ---- I am going to watch these slips in the first half! This is absurd.
Why didn't they just put Vaseline on all the balls and play with a new ball on every play of the ENTIRE GAME!!!????

Wow! You ARE right. My brother in law and some friends rented a big old RV with a giant plasma screen and got a parking spot about 4 blocks from the stadium. Is that nuts or what?

wrt wardrobe malfunction - I just rececently found out that this is the 1st 5 sec delay telecast, so we probably wouldn't have to see it if there was one. whew!!
