The superintendent is a criminal scumbag and the parents failed their child but I also question the kid as well.I'm not blaming him for any of this but I wonder why he didn't fight back or tell someone about it.At the age of 14 I would have punched a male teacher in the face and called the police if he ever made a sexual advance toward me.This kid was either very weak and vulnerable or he was curious about gay relationships.

Well -society has generally regarded children as being weak and vulnerable and civil laws have always reflected this accepted fact. It is only in recent history that conventional wisdom is being questioned by activist groups and overturned by judicial activists using moral relative argument bolstered by junk science to do it. Of course children are curious -children have always been curious; regardless, society and or adults should protect children --EVEN very weak and very curious children...
