The al-Qaida terrorist convicted in the bombing of the U-S-S Cole in 2000 is on the run.
Today Interpol issued an urgent global security alert after Jamal Ahmed Badawi and a number of other al-Qaida members escaped from a Yemen prison on Friday.
The group is being described as ``a clear and present danger to all countries.''
A 140 metre long tunnel was used by the terrorists to escape.

Sounds like a good argument for why the death penalty is necessary, huh... You can't be certain that the predators will stay locked up...

There had to be help from inside and outside the prison to accomplish this, especially since FNC is reporting the tunnel came out in the women's prayer area of a nearby Mosque and since most Muslim women pray at home there would be little chance of being spotted/reported. hmmmmm......

The tunnel was started in the mosque, IMO.

Sounds like some Yemenis are not really into this War on Terrorists thing. Do they think they are in Mexico?

This is the second time this rat has escaped from a Yemeni prison. Yemen's prisons are beginning to more and more resemble Arafat's Gaza jails.
Maybe this resemblance is not just a coincidence?
