If you shoot them and have the bodies you can identify them later. If they have guns and drugs and they are running what am I missing?

If an American citizen were to shoot one of those Mexican soldiers I think that He would have a whole lot more to fear from his own Goverment that from any other Mexicans. This is one of those subjects that they want kept quietly under the rug. Make no mistake about it this goverment would sell your ass down the river in a heartbeat over something like that.
