Maybe you have forgotten the mass exodus after 9/11 when AG Ashcroft said he wanted to interview 10,000 Arab men. They ran for the exits big time, and then they shut the doors, No visas. By the way, we could probably scare a lot of Mexicans into hitting the road, too.

Our liberal zanies and the ACLU will object. It will boil down to depriving someone of their constituitonal rights. Since quite a few Muslim happen to be black, I suspect than several of the radical religious groups (such as Nation of Islam) and perhaps even the NAACP will object.
