Mam, perhaps you don't understand signals intelligence. The computers and software programs they use to "filter" voice and electronic communications look for key phrases, keywords, certain dialects, etc., etc.

Because I just tranmitted the words "W88 Thermonuclear Device Active" they will pick up this email transmission.
