What O'Reily freaks out about (Judge Cashman giving a child pedophile a 60 day sentence) is standard operating procedure. It's not unusual for a first time convicted rapist to get NO prison time what so ever.
There are US servicemen who are in prison there that will not be handed over by them because we won’t make guarantees about sentencing (No death basically). Point is that some of these people committed crimes against Germans! So is this a act of them sympathizing with the enemy? Is it them hating the US? No, rather just the whole outlook on a justice system, crime and punishment.
It’s not that they “sympathize” with the terrorists, but rather that they are just “ultra-liberal”.
