Yeah, missed one of my favorites. He made it illegal for nuclear fuel to be reprocessed into new fuel rods in US, put just about the final nail in the American nuclear energy coffin. Supposedly this was going to aid in international non-proliferation of nuclear weapons, and that certainly worked out well. NOT!
It is as though the government announced a process was in hand which would turn 50% of coal ash into new, low sulfer coal, but instead of burning it, we are going to build horribly expensive holes in the ground to hide it in.
