Sen. John McCain is at it again.
The senior senator from Arizona has worked hard to earn an F-rating from Gun Owners of America. Once a presidential contender, Sen. McCain became the poster boy for the misnamed Americans for Gun Safety (AGS) several years ago and has sponsored several anti-gun bills and amendments.
With such a record lurking in his closet, do you think Sen. McCain likes it when groups like Gun Owners of America point out his anti-gun antics?

Once a RINO always a RINO. McCain=Hillary
"Sen. McCain became the poster boy for the misnamed Americans for Gun Safety (AGS) several years ago and has sponsored several anti-gun bills and amendments. "
"Amendment II - Right to bear arms. Ratified 12/15/1791. A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Infringe
infringe vb [Latin infringere] 1: violate, transgress 2: encroach, trespass Source: NMW
In the context of the Constitution, phrases like "shall not be infringed," "shall make no law," and "shall not be violated" sound pretty unbendable, but the Supreme Court has ruled that some laws can, in fact, encroach on these phrases. For example, though there is freedom of speech, you cannot slander someone; though you can own a pistol, you cannot own a nuclear weapon
My liberal sister-in-law in AZ really likes this guy.....gosh no suprise there....
I think the NV commies own McCain. He sold out.
Who said anything about wanting a nuclear weapon?
bump
Well, if it comes down to McCain vs. the Hildabeast...
Then Bend Over And Kiss Your ...something... Goodbye.
There is no real choice there. Either one will attempt too destroy everything we hold to be of value.
Semper Fi
Actually, if the National Guard ever gets nukes, under Miller you will have the right to own one. Or several. However, don't hold your breath. :^)
Well in the case of free speech, up until recently at least, the law was "no prior restraint". Even then, slander is a civil matter, between two individuals or two non governmental groups. The first amendment, like the second, limits what the government can do, not what individuals can do. Government, in the form of the courts, just mediate the dispute and set reparations. You can't go to jail for slander. You can and will go to jail for having an arm that is too short, too big, or even too ugly. That is, if you survive the service of the arrest/search warrant.
The National Guard has, or at least had nukes. The F-102 that President Bush flew was likely armed with nuclear weapons, or at least had been at one point. The Army Guard had the Davy Crockett and Honest John battlefield nuclear armed missiles.
I wont vote both are the same dont give me the crap that their not.
