I still do the Atkins.
What is an Atkins. Is that a new workout machine like BowFlex?
I like artichokes in drawn butter mixed with garlic an lemmon, roast beef, mashed potatoes, with deep thick gravy, spinache drenched in butter and salt and pepper. Dessert is blueberry-apple pie with Breyer's vanilla ice cream and Creme Boulliet liquieur. And I weigh the same today, at 56, as I did 40 years ago.
This summer, we're going to have a lobster fest. Lobsters drenched in drawn butter, clams, egg salad, and cole slaw. A dozen bottles of Black Swan Chardonay. And a few pounds of strawberries with real whipped cream.
In between eating meals we eat NOTHING.
Me too. I went years working nights, and eating high carb food. I got up to 400 (approx) Now I've been working days and doing atkins for almost 2 years. Now I'm under 220. I'm very happy with Atkins, but so strange eating green beans (w. flaxseed meal sprinkled on top) for Breakfast.
