Didn't both Kay and Duelfer work for the United Nations - neither man is now forthcoming. The Duelfer 'report' as it is known was given by a very coy Charles Duelfer who contradicted himself on several occasions. Since France and Germany failed to join the Coalition and threw road blocks in the way from the get-go, I have always felt the ‘fix’ was on. Hans Blix is another inspector who’s ‘credentials’ have been discredited or proved false. Even now, when WMDs are found, the MSM refuses to report much about it.

The 9/11 commission was a sham made up of spineless men and women covering up for the idiocy of the past administrations and crying out for changes the Bush administration had already made...the commission is still at it proclaiming their brilliance while still disavowing claims made by Mr. Gaubatz, the men of Able Danger and others whose expertise has gone unsolicited and unheard while covering up the still inexplicable wall Gorelick and Reno put up for and during the Clinton years.
