Oh my, that is unbelievable. How can they call what they are doing a necessity of their religion.

A religion of Satan.

Ya know, there used to Christian self-flagellation types

Aren't there some men (Phillipines?) who crucify themselves, also?

Yes, this sort of thing has been going on for thousands of years. The Muslims of today are the descendants of the worshippers of Baal in ancient times. When Mohammed came to Medina, the peoples of that area were Baal worsippers, Baal being a moon god, which is why mosques today still have the crescent moon on top. Their cutting themselves is even mentioned in the Bible--

1st Kings 18 25-29

25: Then Eli'jah said to the prophets of Ba'al, "Choose for yourselves one bull and prepare it first, for you are many; and call on the name of your god, but put no fire to it."
26: And they took the bull which was given them, and they prepared it, and called on the name of Ba'al from morning until noon, saying, "O Ba'al, answer us!" But there was no voice, and no one answered. And they limped about the altar which they had made.
27: And at noon Eli'jah mocked them, saying, "Cry aloud, for he is a god; either he is musing, or he has gone aside, or he is on a journey, or perhaps he is asleep and must be awakened."
28: And they cried aloud, and cut themselves after their custom with swords and lances, until the blood gushed out upon them.
29: And as midday passed, they raved on until the time of the offering of the oblation, but there was no voice; no one answered, no one heeded.

You are correct, I've seen photos of it taking place in the Philippines. It's unbiblical, but there are some who do it within the catholic church there.

She is a beauty, such a cute little thing, toddling along. You really lured me in, lol!

To think that the point of the 'religious ceremony' is for everyone to bloody themselves, even that tiny little girl. Some religion of peace. It's revolting. I've seen this before, probably at Ashoura last year, but it bears repeating, lest we forget. I wonder if the MSM will show us pics of the happy ceremony?

Happy Ashoura!!

Guess the question!

The answer is "War."

The question is "If Leo Tolstoy had been a Muslim, what would he have called his great novel?"

Cute child?
I see a slave.
I see the 12th century.
I see the disease of Islam and the future it wants for MY
5 year old, beautiful, niece. Brainwashing, head rags and
subjugation.
The contrasting, bloody, pictures say it all.

So..............why is there a cross on that ambulance in the background? Shouldn't someone torch that symbol of idolatry?

It's just a plus sign. /sarc

Don't a lot of religions practice mortification of the flesh?

Your picture didn't show up, but I've seen some pictures from the Phillipines ceremonies.

I think they're always adults, but its still sick and twisted when they do it too.

"Diversity is our strength.

Coming soon to a neighborhood near you"

Actualy it's already here, has been for about 400 years.
Self-flagellation has been a part of many Christian sects since the beggining. In Northern New Mexico and Southern Colorado, Los Hermanos Penitentes have done this since the Spanish Colonial days, and continue to practice it. This ain't just a "Crazy Muslim" thing.

The main difference that I see between the two is that in the age of the participants. The christians look old enough to say "no way am I doing that" while the muslims do not!
